Crush (Chapter 4) The next day Alexia stepped out of the limo and headed towards the movie theatre. "Lex...wait up." Katrina jogged up towards her. "What happened? You completely flipped out." "Um...it's nothing. Really. Other than the FACT that Justin is ACTING like a complete asshole. He's always trying to show off." "Ahaha. Well don't let him get to you. Men can act like babies sometimes." they stood in front of the booth. "Tickets for what?" the cashier asked. "Um..."Justin stood beside Alexia and pulled out his wallet. "Three tickets for Halloween Resurrection" he handed the lady a twenty. "Excuse me?" Alexia spoke up. "I'll pay my OWN way." she pulled out a ten out of her purse. "No. I'm paying your way. End of discussion." "NO! You don't NEED to PAY MY FUCKING WAY! What do you think I am...BROKE or something? You THINK I NEED you? YOU THINK I NEED YOUR MONEY?! I thought you knew me." she rolled her eyes and brushed pass him. "Alexia..." Katrina called as she followed behind her. Katelyn held Chris's hand as they entered the movie theatre. "Lex, baby?" Justin called her. "Leave me the hell alone. I'm going to the theatre." she spoke to Katrina. "Damn. Why does she have to act like a baby?" he complained. "You two are always at it." JC spoke, shaking his head pathetically. "Do you want anything from the snack booth?" he spoke to Jamie. "Sure." __________ Alexia slightly jumped to the sudden, outburst of the movie. "Oh my...god. Did you see that? He...he squeezed the man brains in. Ugh. That's just...disgusting." she held a disgusted look. "Girl...you act like it's real. Haha." Kelsey shook her head pathetically. "That ain't the point. It LOOKS real." she chuckled. Justin kept his eyes on Alexia the whole time, desperately wanting to hold her in his arms but she was still upset with him. He didn't get her sometimes. One minute, she'll be happy and the next...just the whole opposite. Alexia looked over to gaze at Justin who sat in the row behind her. They both gazed deeply in one another's eyes. Her smile slowly faded as she realized how much she needed him. She slowly looked back at the huge screen, completely feeling guilt. "Um...I'm not feeling too good. I'll be back." she hastily hopped out of her seat and ran out of the theatre, placing her hand over her mouth. "Shit." Justin mumbled. "I think something is wrong with Alexia. I'll be back." he squeezed out of the row and quickly exited the theatre. Alexia exited the restroom, wiping her mouth area with a napkin. "Oh god." she groaned, placing her hand on her stomach. "Lex?" she quickly gawked to the side to see Justin approaching her. "Are you okay?" he placed his hands on both sides of her arms, gazing deeply in her eyes. "Um...yeah. I just had to...pee pee." she chuckled nervously. "Are you SURE you're okay? It looked like you had to puke or something." "Me? Puke? Of coarse not. I don't remember when the last time I puked. It probably was when I was at least seven. Who knows." she spoke quickly without eye contact. The look he was giving her made it hard for her to lie to him. "Okay, okay." she sighed and held her head down. "I did puke...but i'm sure it was nothing. Probably that chocolate bar or something." "Baby...look at me." she hesitantly looked up to lock eyes with his. "Now...are you tellin me the whole truth?" "Of coarse." her eyes lit up. "Oh shit. I'll be right back." she ran in he restroom. "Damnit." he rested his hands on his hips as he stood there waiting for her. A few minutes later, she exited the restroom with a horrible look on her face. "Are you okay? I think maybe you need to go check it out. It could be ANYTHING! A flu..." "I already have checked it out." he held a strange look. "I mean...I did and...and the doctor said it was just a little flu. But this was like...two days ago. I mean..." she closed her eyes. "...yesterday." "What? So you actually THINK a flu could go away LESS than a day? Lex...you're crazy sometimes. You don't think. C'mon. We're going home." "NO!" she spat out. "I mean...I wanna finish the movie first. Pleasseeee." she pouted playfully. "It's getting really good, and you know how much I LOVE Michael Myers." he rolled his eyes. "Alright. THEN we're going HOME so you could get some rest." he pulled the door open for her and followed her in the sinister theatre. __________ Amy sat at the table outside of Checkers, and chewed on her fries. She watched as Nick, her boyfriend headed towards the table with a bag and coke in his hands. "Finally. Where's my burger?" "Calm down, child." he joked. "The food isn't going anywhere." he handed her the bag and took a seat in front of her. "So...did you work today?" "Um...nope. I was off." she chewed on her burger. "Mmm mmm mmm." "You know...I was thinking...maybe we should move in together." she slightly choked off her coke. "What?" she stared in shock. ___________ Viviana, Joey's sister led her boyfriend in her room and closed the door. "So...what do you wanna do first?" she asked while wrapping her arms around his neck. "Um...I dunno." "You don't know? Well...maybe this will help out." she slowly leaned in and met lips with his. "Mmm." she moaned softly. "Viv..." "Shut up, Bobby." she pushed him on the bed, and climbed on top of him. "Don't worry...I'll be gentle." she ripped his shirt off and crushed her lips onto his. "Viv...we shouldn't..." "Shhh. Stop talking, Bob." she trialed her tongue down his chest, and below his navel. "Mmm." he closed his eyes, and bit the bottom of his lip. "Viv...mom..." They quickly looked up to see Joey standing by the door. He gasped, staring in shock. "What the hell is going on in here?" "Uh..." Bobby sat up, and quickly stepped out of bed. "Didn't I say if you lay ONE hand on my sister...I will BEAT your ass?" he pointed to him, slowly approaching him. "Joey...don't." she stood in front of Bobby, blocking his path. "Viv...get out of the way now." he demanded. "No. You'll have to go through me first." she defended him. "Excuse me?" he held an unpleasant look. "I SAID..." "You'll have to go through her first." another person spoke in the room. They all gazed at the bedroom door where an African American woman was located. "Latise? What...what are you doing here?" he stared in complete shock. __________ Lance stood on the porch, and unlocked his mailbox. He pulled the contents out and scanned them carefully. "Sarah...your report card came." he accidentally dropped an envelope. "Damn." he kneeled down to pick it up, suddenly focusing in on a hand. The hand slowly picked the envelope up for him. "What the hell..." he looked up to lock eyes with a short, brunette girl who looked in her mid teens. "Who are you?" he stood up. "Hi. I'm Anna. Your new next door neighbor." she extended her hand out to shake his. "Uh...hey." he hesitantly shook hers. "I just came by to introduce myself to the famous...and HOT LANCE BASS!" he blushed and held his head down. "Well...I really appreciate it. I like to meet new people." "Cool." she nodded. "So...how old are you?" "I'm eighteen." his eyes lit up. "Eighteen. You're so tiny to be eighteen. Ahaha. But I didn't say you weren't cute." she giggled. "Um...do you wanna come in and chill for a bit? My girlfriend and cousin is here." her eyes lit up. "Really? Cool. That would be great." "ANNA! GET YOUR ASS BACK IN HERE!" a guy yelled from the next house beside theirs. "Oh um...I'm sorry but...I gotta go." she ran towards her house. "Maybe next time." she entered her house and closed the door. "Hmm. That's weird." he shrugged his shoulders and entered the house. _________ Justin's cell phone went off in the theatre. He heard a few groans in the background. "I'm sorry." he whispered. "This will be the last time." he turned it on and placed it by his ear. "Hello?" "Hey, Juju?" a familiar voice responded. "Savannah? What did I tell you about calling? I'm in a movie theatre...WITH my girlfriend." he whispered. "Well why did you keep your cell on if you didn't want me calling?" "BECAUSE...I'm waiting for an important call. That's why." "Well...here it is. The call you've been waiting for." he rolled his eyes. "Savannah...what do you want...seriously?" he spoke frustrated. "Who is he talking to?" Katrina asked. "I dunno. And I don't care." Alexia spoke less enthusiastic. "Maybe it's another chick he's cheating on you with." Jamie frolicked. "I always knew Justin was faithful." "Shut up, JD! You're not making things better." Katrina spat out. "Whatever." she rolled her eyes and looked away. "Any way...I've known Justin for years and I KNOW...personally that he won't cheat on you. Especially not from what I hear. You're everything to him. What you guys need to do is talk things out and STOP walking around here like you're total strangers." she looked over her shoulder to stare at him who had his eyes glued to the screen. He slowly locked eyes with hers and smirked. A chill went down her spine, as she slowly gulped down, and gazed back at the screen. Deep down, she wanted to say something to him, but didn't know how. After the movie, everyone began exiting the building. "Go! Now! Go say something to the man." Katrina urged her as they followed the guys out the theatre. "I dunno. I mean...what if he's upset with me? I..." "Lex...how long have you and Justin been together? TWO years now and you're AFRAID to TALK to him? Damn. I'm beginning to get worried about you. I mean...you guys haven't even walked down that isle yet and YOU'RE "SUPPOSED" to be IN LOVE! You haven't even HAD SEX WITH HIM!" Jamie raised her voice. "Hey..." everyone gazed at the two. "Um...would you please lower your voice? Damn, Jamie. You're gonna make things worse." "Would you please lower your voice? Damn, Jamie. You're gonna make things worse." she mocked as they headed towards the limo. "And for your info...we ARE engaged if you haven't heard." "Engaged? WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?! WHO CARES IF YOU'RE ENGAGED?! MARRIED IS HUSBAND AND WIFE! WHAT YOU TWO ARE IS...WELL I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT!" she over reacted. "You guys haven't had sex yet. What type of shit is that? I mean...look at the man. I would TEAR Justin UP! He just don't know." "See...that's your problem. All you think about is sex. Justin and I are NOT rushing into things. And for your info...we made love. NOT have sex." "You what?" she stared in shock. "OH MY GOD! JC! JUSTIN!" a crazed fan yelled. "Oh no. Everyone IN the limo." the bodyguard instructed. They all hopped in the limousine and drove away. "Whew. That was close." "You had sex with Justin?" Jamie whispered. "If that's what you want to call it." "Alexia...you should have TOLD me as soon as you were finished. I cannot believe this. You actually gave it up. Oh lord. Ahaha." "Shut up. It's no big deal." she focused in on Justin who sat in front of her with JC. They both gazed in one another's eyes, wondering who was going to speak the first word. She blushed and held her head down. "How was it?" she woke her from out of the trance. "Huh?" she looked up to gaze at her. "I said...how was it? The hot sex." she chuckled, and locked eyes with him. "Well...it was...um..." she hesitated. "It was..." she persuaded her to continue. "It was wonderful." she bit the bottom of her lip as they kept the eye contact. "We made love the whole night. I will never forget that night." she licked her lips and looked away. "Aw. How romantic. I bet he cooked you a BIG dinner and had rose petals laying everywhere...soft music playing and candles lit." she chuckled. "You know...actually...that's exactly what he had." "I know." she held a peculiar look. "I meant...I knew it." she chuckled nervously. The driver finally dropped off everyone except for Alexia, Lisa and Justin. The limousine pulled up on the side of a two story house. "Thanks, Ben. I'll see ya' later." "No problem, Ms. Elizabeth." Alexia gazed at Justin one last time, then exited the limo. He watched her step on her porch, and unlock her front door. "Um...Ben...could you wait here one second? I'll be back." he stepped out of the limousine. "Lex?" she quickly looked over her shoulder to stare at him. "Hey...um..." he stuffed his hands in his pockets. "Can I talk to you?" "Um...I dunno. I ha..." "Just for a minute." he interrupted. She sighed heavily. "Alright." she crossed her arms over her chest. "Um...I don't know how I got you upset. Just let me know and I can fix that." "Jus..." "Baby...I'm sorry if I...made you look stupid at the theatre. I just was trying to do something nice for you." "Like what? Making me look like I NEED your money? You were wrong for doing that. You even acted like I wasn't there when you were talking to Lisa. How was I supposed to react? You don't pay attention to me when you're with your friends. You act like I don't even exist. You think about it. How would you feel?" tears slowly poured down her cheeks. "Um...Lex...I'm sorry. Really." he gazed deeply in her eyes. "Just give me another chance. I promise I could make it up to you." "And how?" she rested her hand on her hip in attitude. "Must I explain everything?" he slowly grasped her hands. "I would rather show you." he spoke irresistibly. She felt a chill go down her spine. "Um...do you wanna...come in?" she stammered lightly. "Sure. Give me a minute." she watched him approach the limo. "Ben...I'm gonna be here for a while. I'll call you when I need you." he spoke through the window. "Alright." "Drop Lisa to my place." he gazed at Lisa. "Lisa...I'll be home in a while. Take care of my house for me." "Okay. Later." he stepped back as the limo drove away. He stepped on the porch, and entered the house, closing the door behind him. |
