Gone Crazy (Chapter 10)

Early that morning (10:21 a.m.)

Justin sat on the sofa talking with his friend, Arnold. "Well no. When I got there...she was like...laying on the ground. I had a feeling she was going there but..."

"So...they fought? Oliver and LiLi?" he asked, still surprised.

"Yeah. I nearly killed Oliver. Ooh. If that blond didn't slap me back to reality...I'm SURE that would have happened." he chuckled. "I really would have accomplished that. I mean...NO ONE is supposed to lay a hand on my fiancé."

"Damn, man. Ahaha. That's some wild shit." he laughed, kicking his feet up on the coffee table. "Any way..." he sipped his beer. "What's been going on with you? How's everything?"

"Um...well everything is great. Excluding the whole "Oliver" incident. Before her...things were so perfect. Now...it's like...she's RUINING things between Aaliyah and I. You know I can't let her fuck things up. I will personally SEND HER to her grave. Trust me." Arnold sat there, laughing with tears in his eyes.

"You are CRAZY, dude. Haha. You crack me up." they both continued laughing.

"Justin?" they looked away to gaze at Aaliyah who stood by the staircase railing, rubbing her tired eyes. Their smiles slowly went upside down.

"Uh...yes? Come here, sweetie." she leisurely approached them and took a seat on his lap. "Are you okay? Feelin' better?" he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her on the lips.

"I think so. My...head is still...hurting." she spoke softly with her head down.

"Aw. Poor baby. Rest your head on my chest." he offered, placing her head on his chest. "There ya' go." he kissed her on the forehead and looked away to gaze back at Arnold. "Don't mention it." he mouthed to him. He nodded timidly with a smile on his face.

"So how have you been Aaliyah? I haven't seen you in a while. Doin' okay?" he asked considerately.

"Yeah. I'm...alright." she spoke in a sad tone. "I just don't feel too well. I think..." she sniffled. "...I have to puke. Excuse me." they watched her rush in the guest bathroom downstairs. Arnold sat there in confusion.

"Uh...what just happened?" he asked, bewildered.

"I have NO idea. Excuse me." he stood up and headed towards the bathroom while stuffing his hands in his pockets. "Um...baby...you okay in there?" Aaliyah heard him talk on the other side of the door.

"Um..." she released her fluids once more with a cough.

"Um..." she cleared her throat. "Just...go away. I'll be fine." he scratched his forehead and gazed to the side to glare at Arnold who sat on the sofa with Brandi on his lap. "Baby..." he knocked on the door. "Open up...pleasseeee. I need to talk to you." he paused for a response, but no one replied. "Come on, baby girl. I just...NEED to se you. Pleeassseeee. Just...open up the door, god damnit." he lowered his voice to prevent from Brandi hearing.

A few seconds later, he heard a click sound, indicating that the door had been unlocked. He slowly twisted the knob, and pulled it open, hesitantly peering in to gaze at her. She was kneeled down in front of the toilet stool with her head down. "Hey." he spoke, entering the room and closing the door behind him. "Um..." he kneeled down beside her. "Do you wanna...talk about it?" she could feel the tears building up in her system.

"I...I don't...know." she sniffled and wiped underneath her diluted eyes with her thumb.

"Come on. You can tell me. I mean...we're supposed to be getting married. There's no use of keeping secrets. WE won't get by if we do." he assured, keeping his eyes on her.

"Um...okay. I guess." she sniffled and gawked to the side to lock eyes with his. "I think..." she hesitated. "I think I...I'm...um..."

"Just say it already." he felt himself get impatient.

"Alright. Um...I think...I'm pregnant." his eyebrows lifted up questionably. At first he didn't want to believe it, but he knew she wouldn't joke about something like that.

"Um..." he held an awkward look. "Are you sure? I mean...I thought you were taking your birth control pills. Sho..."

"Yes. I was, but...when you take birth control pills...you can't miss ONE day, and...that was my mistake. I forgot to take it...the day of the Oliver incident." he bit the bottom of his lip and held his head down as thoughts ran through his head. "Are you mad? I mean...if you are...and I AM pregnant...I can just have an abortion. We can tr..."

"No. That won't be necessary. Um...if you are...then we're just gonna have to deal with it. I'm sure Brandi would love to have a sister or brother." a smile slowly formed on her face.

"God...you took that...so well. I thought you were gonna...yell or somethin'. Ahahaha." he chuckled softly.

"Nah. That also wouldn't be necessary, because...you didn't make yourself pregnant. I was a part of it." he explained.

She remained in her position with her head down. So  much was on her mind. The baby; Oliver; Brandi; her future. What was heading for them. "Um...baby?" she spoke up.

"Yes?" he answered, locking eyes with hers.

"Um...where do you think...we're gonna be...in five years? Do you think...we will still be together? You don't think...some other woman's gonna come between us? Like...Oliver for instance. I mean...what if she never stops? What if she...continue harassing us? I think about that EVERY minute of the day. Ever since...that damn incident." he kept quiet, listening closely. "I'm just...afraid something..." her voice sound rickety due to the tears taking over. "...might happen to us." she cried with tears in her eyes. "Don't you think about that? It's like...that feeling when you KNOW something's bad gonna happen and it DOES! It does, Justin." she began to have a nervous break down.

"Hey, hey. Shhhh." he hushed her, placing both hands on her cheeks to keep her gaze on him. "Stop it. Stop CRYING and STOP ACTING like the fucking WORLD has ended. I'm tired of you having these doubts. I'm NOT gonna leave you for Oliver or ANYBODY else. It's just NOT happening. When are you gonna see that?" he spoke, frustrated. "Don't ever doubt me like that ever again. You hear me?" she cried silently. "Don't do it. Pleeasseee. Okay?" she nodded meekly.

"Okay." she sniffled. "I'm sorry. I'm...so sorry." before she could let out a cry, he held up a finger to her lips.

"Don't start that, okay? No more crying for a long time." he brushed her cheek delicately with his thumb, slowly leaning in and meeting lips with hers. "I love you." he breathe between her lips.

"I love you too." she responded as they continued locking lips.

Justin held Aaliyah's hand as they stepped out of the bathroom. Arnold looked up from Brandi's coloring book to gaze at the two. They both held massive smiles on their faces. "Hey guys. It's about time. What have you two been doing? You've been in there...forever." he blushed and gazed back at Aaliyah.

"That's...none of your business." he rolled his eyes playfully.

"Alright. Fine with me." he shrugged his shoulders and gazed back at Brandi. "Um...I think you should color in the eyes...brown...to cover over the black." he suggested.

"Really? Cool. I NEVER did dat before." she spoke, watching him shuffle through her crayon box for a brown crayon.

"Well...you'll see in a minute how it's ALL done." he grabbed a brown crayon and began coloring over the black pupil with it. "See. That's all. Now it's mixed with brown and black...like YOUR beautiful light brown eyes." he pointed. She laughed hysterically.

"Hahaha. You're funny, Uncle Al." he chuckled softly and leaned in, kissing her on the cheek.

"And you're cute." she smiled massively.

"Hey...we're going upstairs to hop in the shower." Justin spoke, following Aaliyah up the stairs. "In the meantime...watch Brandi please, and STOP flirting with her." he gasped. "You should be ashamed of yourself. She's just a little girl. Ahaha."

"Shut the h..." the doorbell interrupted him. "I'll get it. I'll be back pumpkin." he stood up and jogged up towards the door. He unlocked it and pulled it open to gaze at a police officer.

Justin broke out laughing at a comment Aaliyah blurted out as they headed down the hallway. "I don't think..."

"Justin..." he quickly twirled around to focus in on Arnold who brisk walked towards him. "I need to speak to you in private. Excuse us." he spoke to Aaliyah. She looked away, proceeding down the hall. "Um..." he grabbed his arm, pulling him towards the stairway.

"What's up?" he asked curiously.

"There's a police officer downstairs. She says...she has a warrant for your arrest." he held a baffled look.

"What? A warrant...for my arrest?" he nodded timidly. "Shit. What happened now?" he followed Arnold down the stairs and towards the front door. He peered out the door, instantly locking eyes with a police officer.

"You're Mister Timberlake, right?" she asked in a sternly tone.

"Uh...yes, ma'am. Can I...help you?" he took a glimpse at her car, instantly zooming in on a lady who sat in the back seat.

"I have a warrant for your arrest." she spoke, pulling his arms behind his back, and throwing on a pair of hand cuffs.

"What? What the...what the hell did I do?" she led him towards her car, and pulled the door open.

"Sit in." she demanded.

"Oh my god." he blurted out, taking a seat in the car. He slowly gazed to the side to lock eyes with a familiar looking  person. "Oliver?" she sat there with a smirk on her face. "What the..." he sat there, staring in complete shock.
