“Oh fuck. I knew I should’ve
left when I had the chance” she pranced around the living room, nervously.
“Just go get your shoes. We’re going to try and
sneak out.”
“You think you could do that, that easy?” they
heard a voice. “Hello, Justin and Rebecca. Nice seeing you again.”
“Who are you?” Justin asked as he circled the
living room.
“Don’t the mall give you some hints? Two months
ago…when I met your girly friend.” The voice echoed in the house.
“Where are you?”
“I could be anywhere. I got one word…HOUSE!”
“Oh shit. She’s in the house.” Rebecca paused.
“Good. You got it right. I’m in the
house…watching your every move. So I don’t think it would be a good idea to
try and escape. You should’ve left when you had the chance.” Justin sighed and
sat down on the couch. “Do me a favor and look out the window” Rebecca
hesitated. “Go on.” She slowly walked up to the window and peaked through the
blinds. Her eyes expanded. “Tell me what do you see”
“OH my God. Justin…” she turned around. “…there
are a couple of dogs out there.”
“That’s not all. Check the backyard.” She
slowly walked up to the sliding door and peaked through the blinds. She
gasped.
“What the fuck?” she backed away and bumped
into Justin. She jumped and turned around. “You scared the shit out of me.
Look at this.” He looked out of the sliding door to see…hundreds of dogs
surrounding the backyard.
“Shit. I’m calling the cops” he ran to the
phone and picked it up. There was no dial tone. “Shit. No dial tone” he hung
it up.
“WHAT THE FUCK ARE WE GOING TO DO?” Rebecca
yelled.
“Nothing” a familiar voice echoed in his ear.
He looked behind Rebecca to see a very familiar face.
