Chapter 3

“Are you serious?”

“Yep”

“When did this happen?” he sat back down.

“We were discussing it the time you interrupted.”

“Ohhhh. Why did this happen?”

“Man, just leave me alone right now”

“No. NOT until I hear what happened”

“Can’t you just lay off for once” Justin rolled his eyes.

“Justin…tell me what happened” he sighed.

“Alright. Everything or just important the details?”

“Everything” Justin sat up.

“Alright. Well…she said she was tired of me leaving her for months and weeks. She said she couldn’t take it anymore. I asked her what she meant? She said if I leave her again, she’s going to leave me for good”

“That’s stupid”

“Yeah. I told her I couldn’t do that. She said to pick my job over her. So I chose my job and she called it the end. She knew I couldn’t quit. This is what I live for…singing and dancing. I won’t give that up for nobody. It’s just in my blood”

“I feel you J. I would do the same. But that’s a stupid reason to break up with someone”

“I knew. She’s…pooching. She doesn’t understand what I’m going through. I love my job and I love her. But I can’t do that. NOPE! Not that easy. Maybe if it depended on her life, then I’ll do it. But if she just wants to do it because she’s jealous that my fans get to see me more than her…then I guess it will have to end”

“Don’t worry. You’ll find someone that understands you” he stood up. “Look…I’m going to go pick up my sister from the airport. I’ll finish this conversation later” he walked up to the door. “Don’t worry about it, Justin. Everything will be fine”

“I hope so” he spoke in a low tone.
