Inside information: Oh lord...now I can admit that this one the worse story I have ever wrote. I don't know what I was thinking. I was too bored. That's what it was. Well...a few ppl thought the story was okay, but to me...it actually didn't make any sense. I was just...bored and I wanted to do something. I don't wanna throw it away, so...I just put it on the site. Maybe someone out there will like it. Who knows? THE FAIR was written in the middle of '00...never revised. It took me a few days to write this story. I was at a fair when I came up with the idea.

THE NEW HOUSE

(CHAPTER 3)

“I…I SWEAR I SAW THIS HOUSE SOMEWHERE, BEFORE”. I stammered.

“You probably saw it on a magazine or something”, Kathy said as she took her luggage out of the car.

“No, it couldn’t be. I mean It has the same features, the same color…”

“Look you’re getting too worked up about this. Just calm your nerves. We’re at the new house. Be happy about that”. Kim said as she walked up the front porch. “WOW! Look at this porch. It’s about the same size of our old house”.

“I know”. I said as I looked at every feature of the house.

Mother held her hand in the position to unlock the door. “KIDS, WELCOME TO OUR NEW HOME” she twisted the door open and moved to the side so we could take a better look.

“WOW, MOM. THIS IS AS HUGE AS 5 HOUSES PUT TOGETHER!”

“I think I’m gonna love this house”. Kim ran in the middle of the living room and turned around in circles.

“Hey. Let’s go see how big the bedrooms are”. Samantha said as she ran upstairs. I ran behind her until we got to the first door in the hallway. Samantha opened one door. “OH MY GOODNESS! LOOK AT THIS LANDA. THIS ROOM IS AS BIG AS THE OLD HOUSE ITSELF”.

“I KNOW. IT’S HUGE”. We looked at a sign that was attached to the wall by the door. It read: SMALL BEDROOM. “SMALL BEDROOM?” We both asked at the same time.

“OH MY GOODNESS. SO IF THIS IS THE SMALL BEDROOM. IMAGINE HOW BIG THE MEDIUM, AND KING SIZE BEDROOM ARE”.

“LET’S GO CHECK IT OUT”. We both ran to another room door and opened it.

“Damn. Look at this. Now this is the size of our old school’s gym”.

“I know…” I said shaking my head. “…It’s unbelievable. I never thought we would be able to get a house like this. I thought it was going to be like our crappy old house”.

“Now I bet your happy we moved”.

“Well…a little”.

“Hey. Let’s go outside and see if we could find some cute boys to talk to”. She grabbed my hand and we both ran out the room.
